Christina studied at the Stockholm University (languages and communication) and spent a few years in the travel/tourism business before she started working at the Royal Swedish Academy in 1985. She worked at various different departments at the Academy, including the Information department, the Environmental committee and the Prize committee for the Prize in Economic Sciences in memory of Alfred Nobel, before moving to the Beijer Institute at the start in 1991. Over the years she has had an administrative post at the Institute, dealing with most things that are needed in order to run an office. A major part of her work has been to organize conferences, workshops and meetings both in and outside Sweden.
Please contact Christina for general questions about the Institute as well as questions about meetings/workshops, the Beijer Board, The Beijer Fellows and visiting researchers.
